Our Story

A Pioneer in Asia for listing Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) in the U.S.

How Norwich Started

Opportunities beyond traditional IPOs

We are a pioneer in Asia for listing Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) in the U.S.. SPACs are public listing vehicles that were first launched in the early 2000’s as alternatives to traditional IPOs. SPAC mergers combine the benefits of an IPO with the structural flexibility of M&A, providing target companies the certainty of closing, an accelerated go-public timeline, flexible transaction structure and instant world-class investor base opening up to greater liquidity and access to capital in the public markets.
